Super.Vision Training Professional Course.

Super.Vision Training and Consultancy offers a professional training in Supervision which leads to a Post Graduate Diploma in Supervision and Reflective Practice. This is open to psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, community workers, teachers, support workers, guidance counsellors, life coaches and any persons who work in the ‘helping professions’, manage workers or interact with the public.

The course runs over one calendar year with a total of 16 training days. There is a weekend workshop with an international supervisor and trainer as part of the course. The course focuses on the three recognised functions of supervision: restorative, formative and normative while giving the participant the skills, theory and practice to enable them to supervise any worker.
