Its hard to imagine what 2021 will look like. We do know Super.Vision Training will be blended delivery, some online, some f2f. We obviously need to adhere to the Government and HSE protocols regarding Covid-19 as well as make the training work for all of us, participants and trainees alike.
2000 saw us delivering the first 3 days of the course f2f and the remaining, before the summer break, online. The online gave us the experience to deliver quality training, without compromising standards. We all missed the physical contact with each other but relationships developed as they would with f2f and its a tight, supportive, fun, 2000 cohort.
2021 will be a blended learning experience. Government and HSE protocols have to be observed but the plus of blended learning is being able to be part of a learning experience and not have to travel! The theory, skills, experiential learning and personal development, all happen satisfactorily online, in fact people are surprised at the depth of learning that can happen online.
I’m looking forward to 2021, a new group and new experiences.
